Become a Volunteer

Do you have a few hours each week? Maybe a few days each week? Then you can help bring the rejuvenation of wish experiences to kids with life-threatening medical conditions. You can join a network of more than 25,000 caring people nationwide who make it possible for wish kids to live their one true wish.

Volunteers are extremely important and necessary to the success and sustainability of Make-A-Wish® New Hampshire. We believe that being a volunteer to our chapter is an incredible and unique opportunity. At Make-A-Wish® New Hampshire our biggest need is to have everyone in the community attend a Wish Tour and help us build awareness around our mission. Wish Tours are typically held at our office in Manchester twice a month, during the week. Our upcoming wish tour dates are listed on our Calendar of Events page.

  • This #MakeAWishMonday, we want to celebrate all of the amazing volunteers who sacrifice their time to impact the lives of our wish kids! Here are some testimonials from these incredible people! “A lot of people assume Make-A-Wish is only for kids with cancer, so it is rewarding to connect qualifying hematology patients with Make-A-Wish. To offer this gift of a wish to a child who is dealing with a life-threatening condition is life-changing for me.” - Annie, a social worker "One smile for one second makes volunteering with the Make-A-Wish Foundation a true life-altering privilege." -Pauline Follmer, Berks County Volunteer People like Annie and Pauline make our mission possible. Thank you for your selfless service!
