Concord, NH (12/5/11) – Throughout the month of November the Couto Family of Dunkin’ Donuts stores raised over $10,000 with the help of their generous customer base. All of the local area Dunkin’ Donuts were emblazoned with Make-A-Wish stars, and stories of local Wish Children. Customers joined together making donations and writing their name on thousands of stars ensuring a local area Concord child will experience their heartfelt Wish come true.
“Every wish needs caring people in the community to get involved and make it happen,” said Jason Tremblay, Director of Philanthropy, Make-A-Wish Foundation of New Hampshire. “This was a tremendous example of the Concord community coming together to make dreams come true, the Couto Family’s viision and generosity allowed the community to come together to make a huge positive impact in the life of a child. This support will get us one step closer to granting our 1,000th Wish here in N.H., just as we get ready to celebrate our 25th Anniversary.
